We understand that children lose earrings. Accidents happen, clasps loosen, and earring backs magically disappear like socks in the laundry. And similar to the situations we navigate as adults, sometimes we just need an easy solution and a stress-free way to fix what was lost or broken.

Life happens, play happens, and sometimes jewelry needs a little extra love after daily wear.
Our repair service is designed to carefully restore Blue Francis jewelry through certified bench technicians who specialize in fine jewelry repair. Each piece is assessed individually to determine the best restoration approach before any work begins.
Repair services typically range between $50 and $125, depending on complexity. To begin, we require photos so our technicians can confirm whether the item can be repaired.
Standard turnaround time is approximately two weeks once the piece has been received. All repair workmanship is covered by a 60-day service guarantee.
Jewelry replacement for lost pieces
We know how common it is for children to lose a single earring or backing, especially with pieces worn every day.
Our replacement service allows you to restore the pair without needing to purchase a completely new set. For eligible items purchased within the past two years, replacement earrings are newly produced to match the original design as closely as possible.
The cost for a replacement is 50% of the item’s current retail value at the time of request. To confirm eligibility and ensure an accurate match, we require a photo of the remaining earring before proceeding.
We currently offer replacements for single stud earrings, single hoop earrings, and stud back posts.
